Prompt: Describe the setting's time and place. Draw it.
I feel dumb... I didn't exactly know that there was a prequel to the Heroes of Olympus books. Now I do! That's a good thing, well, I guess. This will just be some light reading until I get the 2nd book in the series, The Heroes of Olympus. Yup... Well anyways, so far, this book is pretty unbelievable. I don't really like it as much as the Heroes of Olympus. There hasn't been any mystery or action going on yet. Everything seems so, predictable. What isn't these days?
The setting in this story would be Camp-Half Blood, but more specifically, Cabin 11. Cabin 11 has to be fit for a son of Poseidon. I kind of pictured a little cabin on a beach because that's where Percy was born, in a cabin, with Poseidon in there, it was also by a beach. There would have to be a little weapons in there, fit for a fighting machine, maybe a trident.
Nadrian, I like how you tell your personal feelings at the end of the book. The picture that you drew looks a lot like the place in the movie. Great picture!
ReplyDeleteNadrian,
ReplyDeleteNadrian I think that the further you get into a book the less predictable and less boring it gets. It could just be me but its what I think. I feel like you dont like that book by how short your blog is. Overall great blog and nice picture of Percy's cabin.
