The Da Vinci Code

Prompt: Create a Timeline of Events that have happened so far.
Pages Read: 20-454 3rd Chapter

*SPOILER ALERT*

In the prologue of the book, it started out with a lot of action. Death, death, death. It seems that there is a serial killer loose in London and is trying to find, "It". We do not know what, "It" is as of right now but I'm pretty sure that they're going to tell us in the later chapters.

So the character, "Sauniere" is being pursued by the serial killer and the serial killer asks him one question before he dies. "Where is "IT"? Again, we do not know what it is but I have a feeling it has something to do with Leonardo Da Vinci. We also do not know if Sauniere has died yet.

In the first chapter of, "The Davinci Code" we meet the main character of the story, and of course, this is a mystery book because of the words, "Davinci" and, "Code". The first chapter introduces the main character, "Robert Langdon" and also has one thing happen, and that thing scares me. It shows us that Robert Langdom has a strange guest at the end of the chapter, it also seems that the guest has died and the F.B.I gave him a picture of his death.

The second chapter shows us the attacker, "Silas". Also, at the beginning of that chapter he seems to be living in a religious place. Predictable. He also seems to have killed Sauniere... and also told his teacher about it. He also seems to practice something where he thinks that, "Pain is good."

  1. I have heard that the "The Da Vinci Code" is a rather good book. Isn't The Da Vinci Code also a movie as well? "Pain is good," seems as if the book is a good action book as well.

  2. Wow! It seems like this book is good. Death Death Death! I think Edgar Allen Poe might like this book. Thanks for the insight.

  3. Isn't The Da Vinci Code a tv show. Nevermind that's a tv show. It's called Da Vinci's Demons. I've seen commercials for it. It sounds like an interesting action packed book. Great blog.
