Prompt: What event could have happened in real life?
Pages Read: Finished
I kin of think that this prompt is incredibly funny for this book. This book is based around Greek Mythology! Everything could be real! (Sarcasm) Well, I'll seriously try to do this prompt, but I'll most probably fail. Well, there could be a person named Percy, a person named Annabeth, and a half-man half-goat named Grover. (Sarcasm) There aren't really all that many events that could really happen in real life...
This book, as I already said, does not have many events that could actually happen in real life. But the reason why it's so unrealistic makes it such a good book! Reality sucks! Nonetheless, this book, again, is amazing. I already told you what it's about, Percy, but I want to tell you my opinion of it. It's so amazing, period. Read it, try it out, you're going to get hooked.
Now, seriously, this book is amazing. The side-supporting characters, are no as good as the Lost Hero's side-characters but, the plot line is so well built. The characters vary so much but their teamwork and collaboration is awe-inspiring. But there is one thing that I hate, I HATE. PERCY, why you be the son of Poseidon!? The main character is supposed to be the strongest or the weakest! Not anything in between! Percy, you can beat everyone up so easily if you just carry some water with you! Dude, you are the son of Poseidon, you can control water! ONLY IF WATER IS THERE! HAVE WATER BE THERE! SOLUTIONS!

I've read this book, and SPOILER, water does come into play. That is a very funny prompt, because almost all of it is made and not believable. Great blog.
ReplyDeleteYou chose a funny prompt for this book. Your blog was great though. Do you read fantasy a lot?
