MC - Main Character
I would've done the second arc, but that arc was sooooooo incredibly boring to me that I really didn't know what to write about in that arc.
I'm torn right now. Because if I read this book, I can't watch the show... And when I read this book I already know what's going to happen. I feel like crying inside right now. I really don't want to read this book, but I also want to know what happens in the future. It's choosing whether or not you will have excitement now or more excitement but you'll have to wait. I don't know what to do T . T
I've read the first 2 chapters (Yes, I'm reading while writing, it lets me not forget my thoughts so I can just write it down.) and the book has way more details that the show didn't include. The reason for that is probably because the show has a 25 minute time limit, and a limit to how many episodes it can have so they have to cut all the unnecessary details out, which sucks because more is always better.
There were many minor differences between the show and the book, such as Kirito's and Asuna's meeting in real life (Kirito was the main-MC and Asuna was the secondary MC. They're a couple in game and out of game.) The quotes and what they were saying were almost completely different than what was in the show, for example,
That's not it. In that world – in Aincrad, what you lost and what you could not recover really existed. The two years spent in that floating castle, what Asuna touched, felt, obtained and lost were without a doubt all «real».
If that was the case.
"....The differences between the real world and the virtual world... what are they....?"
She unconsciously whispered, and to her question -.
"Just the quantity of information."
Came an answer from beside her, its unexpectedness caused Asuna to jump.
"Wa, waa!?"
In the show, Kirito gave Asuna that answer when they were sitting on a bench in the park, not when they met.
I only got to chapter 2 in the book but I'm farther ahead in the show...
